• What is the Laura Wall Club?

  The Laura Wall Club is a monthly piece of post from me, inspired by the places I've travelled and the things I've discovered along the way. Each month, we'll visit somewhere new together through my artwork, stories, wildlife and memories from my travels.

• What will I receive each month?

  Each month's post is a collection of pieces from the journey, including: 

  •  An exclusive A5 art print/postcard inspired by that month's destination
  • A collectible illustrated wildlife greetings card 
  • A real entry from my travel diary 
  • A personal in-depth letter from me, sharing the story and inspiration behind the artwork and how I painted it. 
  • A destination-inspired die-cut sticker 

  Everything is designed to feel like you've received a little piece of my travels through your letterbox.

• Will the contents change every month?

  Yes! Each month will be centred around a different destination and journey, so the artwork, wildlife, diary entry and other pieces will change as we travel around the world.

• Will I visit a different destination every month?

  That's the plan! Each edition will take you somewhere I've travelled, with the destination explored through my artwork, experiences and stories. Over time, you'll build your own collection of places we've visited together.

• How does the monthly subscription work?

  Simply join the Club and you'll receive a new edition through your letterbox each month. Your membership will automatically continue each month until you decide to cancel.

• How much does it cost?

  The Laura Wall Club costs £9.95 per month in the UK and £14 per month internationally, with postage included.

• When will I be charged?

  Your monthly payment will be taken automatically on the same date each month as the date you first joined the Laura Wall Club.

  For example, if you join on the 12th of the month, your payment will be taken on or around the 12th of each following month.

• When will my first piece of post arrive?

  If you join before the monthly cut-off, you'll be included in that month's edition. If you join after the cut-off, you'll automatically be moved into the following month's edition. We'll make this clear when you join so you know which edition to expect. We aim to ship out all the mail in the middle each month, with expected delivery to be at the end of the month, can be slightly longer on international.

• What if I join part-way through the month?

  If you join part-way through the month, your first payment is taken when you subscribe and your monthly subscription will then renew on the same date each month.

  Your first piece of post will be sent as part of the next available Club mailing cycle.

• Can I cancel my subscription?

  Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time through your Club account. You’re in control at all times!

• What happens if my payment fails?

  We'll give your payment another opportunity to go through the following day. If payment still hasn't been received, you won't be included in that month's mailing.

• When will my Laura Wall Club post be sent?

  We aim to send each month's Club post towards the middle of the month, once everything has been printed, prepared and packed.

• Where do you ship?

  UK and most international destinations, including the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines and Malaysia, to name a few. 

  We're not currently shipping to the EU due to the additional customs and regulatory requirements involved, but this is something we may look at in the future.

• Is postage included?

  Yes. The price you see when joining the Club includes postage

• Will I have to pay customs or import charges?

  For international members, please be aware that customs charges, import duties, taxes or other fees can vary from country to country. If any such charges are applied by your local authorities, these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the Club price. 

  As your Club post is sent as a letter/large letter containing printed artwork and paper goods, it's designed to be as straightforward as possible to send internationally and will hopefully arrive without any additional charges or complications. However, customs rules and local charges vary between countries, so we can't guarantee that additional fees won't be incurred.

• How long will my post take to arrive?

  Delivery times vary depending on where you live. 

  Each month's Club post is sent towards the middle of the month. 

  As a guide, please then allow: 

  •  🇬🇧 UK: up to 7 working days after dispatch 
  •  🌎 International: up to 21 working days after dispatch 

  International deliveries can sometimes take longer due to local postal services, customs processing or other delays outside our control. 

  A little patience, please! 

  Your Club post is travelling to you the old-fashioned way, so occasionally it may take a little longer than expected. Most arrive safely within the times above, but international post in particular can be unpredictable. 

  Because the Club is sent as letter/large-letter post, delivery isn't intended to be an express service.

• Will my Club post have tracking?

  Because your Club is sent as letter/large-letter post, it isn't a tracked service and there won't be a tracking number. 

  Most UK mail should arrive within a few working days, but occasionally it can take a little longer.

• What happens if my post doesn't arrive?

  If your Club post hasn't arrived after the delivery times listed above, please get in touch and we'll be happy to look into it for you. Please email [email protected]

• Can I change my delivery address?

  Yes. You can update your delivery address through your Club account. 

  It's important to make sure your address is correct before the monthly cut-off, as we may not be able to change the address once that month's mailing has gone into production.

• Can I change my payment details?

  Yes. You can manage your payment details through your Club account.

• Can I give the Laura Wall Club as a gift?

  Yes! If you'd like to send the Club to someone else, simply enter the recipient's delivery address when you check out. 

  Please note that this is a monthly subscription, so payments will continue each month until the subscription is cancelled.
