Forming part of a new series for 2023, 'The Sketch Book Series'. A slightly looser, more fluid style that I have initially captured while at each particular place.

I wanted to capture the vibrancy of this joyful seaside town located along our magnificent Jurassic Coast. Poet Laureate John Betjemen said of Sidmouth that it’s “a town caught still in a timeless charm” after having been captivated by its beauty, and I quite agree! Nestled below the Sid Valley hills and red sandstone cliffs, and with its stunning gardens, bustling shops, and award-winning beaches, Sidmouth is wonderful place for everyone to enjoy.
